My ancestors came to the United States from Sicily back in the 20’s and opened a small local grocery store in east Texas. As a small boy I can vividly remember my grandmother and great grandmother making gravy for our family for Sunday dinner. I couldn’t believe how close this tastes to what I remember growing up ! Honestly, I was skeptical about buying it because so many products don’t deliver an as advertised quality product plus it’s a little pricey but now why. This is the absolute best ready made pasta sauce (gravy) you’ll ever have and well worth the extra expense.

We use Classic Jersey Gravy almost exclusively. There are a lot of others.
Some quite good. We keep using Jersey Gravy. For us it is the best!
