Jersey classic

Hi we have wrote you twice about our order. We ordered the smooth classic. The label said classic but it was not. It was all chunky with tomatoes I think. We didn't like it. We love ur classic and order it often . Can we please have the replacement for what we ordered. We can send back the jars we got that were incorrect. Please help, we have had no response to 2 emails about this mistake. We're excited to have our smooth gravy soon. Thank you for ur attention to this matter.
