I live in North Carolina and usually only have access to the usual brands of pasta sauce. I rarely make my own sauce. I found my first jar of Classic Jersey Italian Gravy at Marshall’s. I must confess that I had never heard of Italian gravy. Here in the south we have our own style of gravy and it never has tomatoes in it.
Jersey Italian Gravy was so good I went back looking for more. However no more was to be found at Marshall’s. So I got online and ordered directly from the manufacturer. I have given it for gifts and everyone who has tried it agrees with me that it sooooo much better than the usual grocery brands. I have ordered several times and will keep ordering. We love this gravy!

Most bottled sauces have a weird taste because of
