One Pot Spaghetti

Ingredients:

2/3 cup green olives, roughly chopped
½ red onion, thinly slice
1 tbsp caper brine
1 tbsp capers
1 lb spaghetti
4 cups chicken or veggie broth
1 ½ cups Jersey Italian Gravy Arrabbiata
¼ cup grated parmesan, plus more to top
2 tbsp Salt and pepper

Put it all together! ⁣⁣

In a large pot add the olives, red onion, capers and brine, spaghetti, broth, and arrabbiata. Stir and place over medium heat.

2. Bring to a simmer and reduce to medium-low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring every 3-5 minutes until the noodles are cooked.

3. Remove from the heat and stir in the parmesan, butter, and a pinch of salt. Taste and add more salt if neeed.

4. Serve and garnish with more parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper and enjoy!
